Text fields

• Short text — single-line input for names, titles, short answers.
• Long text — multi-line textarea for messages and descriptions.
• Email — validates format and optionally verifies the address is real.
• Phone — international format with country code picker.
• Number — with min/max validation.
• Website — URL validation.

Choice fields

• Single select — radio buttons or dropdown.
• Multi-select — checkbox group.
• Picture choice — selectable image cards.
• Yes / No — binary toggle.
• Rating — star or emoji rating.
• NPS — 0-10 scale with Promoter/Passive/Detractor segmentation.

Specialized fields

• Date / time — calendar picker with timezone support.
• File upload — drag-and-drop, up to 100 MB per file.
• Signature — draw with mouse or touch.
• Address — autocomplete with Google Places.

Layout fields

Not every field is a question. You can also add:

• Section heading — groups fields visually.
• Description — rich text block for instructions.
• Page break — splits a step into sub-steps.
