Creating a form

Create a new form

1. Open the dashboard.
2. Click New form in the top right.
3. Choose how you want to start: blank, template, or AI-generated.
4. Give your form a name — you can rename it later.

Structure your form

A form is made of steps, and each step contains fields. You can have a single-step form (all fields on one page) or a multi-step form (one field per step, Typeform-style).

To add a new step, click + Add step in the step sidebar. Drag steps to reorder them.

Form settings

Click the Settings tab to configure:

• Theme — colors, fonts, background
• Notifications — who gets emailed on new submissions
• Redirect — where to send visitors after completion
• Languages — which languages the form supports
• Privacy — captcha, GDPR consent, data retention

Preview

Click Preview to open a live preview in a new tab. The preview uses the exact same renderer as the published form, so what you see is what your visitors get.

Publish

When you're ready, click Publish. Your form becomes accessible at https://animationfunnel.com/f/your-slug and any embeds update instantly.
